We have recently installed new outdoor furniture at the front of the Rose & Crown with additional capacity. The attractive wooden tables can seat up to 6 at each table and are perfectly positioned to watch the world roll by in Romaldkirk. We have even fitted solar LED lanterns to offer some atmospheric lighting after dusk for those fabulous summer evenings. You can enjoy drinks daily from 11am until late and we serve our full lunch menu on the terrace from 12-2.30pm, Monday to Saturday. On Sunday lunchtime we normally offer some snack food as well as hot and cold drinks. All outdoor tables are non-smoking.
At the Rose & Crown, we love welcoming four-legged friends! Our outdoor dining area and cosy bar are both dog friendly, making us one of the best dog friendly pubs in Durham. Plus, we even have complimentary dog treats at the bar—because furry guests deserve a little treat too!
