Cooking on gas...... and electric!

Following a 3 week closure in January 2018 we opened in February with a brand new kitchen at the Rose & Crown. This was a complete re-fit and included new state-of-the-art extraction and the introduction of electric induction cooking which is both more energy efficient and also makes for a cooler kitchen environment. Head Chef, Dave Hunter (photographed at the pass), and his team have utilised the new kitchen to great effect with the food coming out of the Rose & Crown as good, if not better, than ever. Come along and try it for yourself!
